the place was shaken...

I mentioned in a previous post that my home church - North Rock Hill - has been supporting three church plants in the greater Boston area. I thought I would just share those with you.

Redemption Hill Church
Lead Pastor: Tanner Turley
Located in Medford, MA - northwest of the city.
This is the most developed of the three and they are already working on another church plant - Redeeming Grace in Arlington, MA





Indian Community Church
Lead Pastor: Suresh Sammangi
Meeting in Waltham, MA with weekly bible studies also in Malden & Quincy
Boston has a high Indian population and no evangelical churches geared toward that community.



All of the above locations are located relatively close to the city of Boston 

South Coast Community Church 
Lead Pastor: Chad Hardis
Meeting in Dartmouth, MA which is located about an hour south of the city (on the south coast of Massachusetts - bet you couldn't have figured that one out!)


This past week, men from our church have been in Boston working with Redemption Hill and Indian Community. They have helped with events such as soccer nights and a family conference. They have baby sat, met with church leadership...and a million other things that didn't make it on to Instagram. Most importantly, they left a trail of the gospel wherever they went.


The high school mission trip will be assisting South Coast in Dartmouth. More details on that tomorrow...

After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly. -Acts 4:31

Prayer Prompt:
Pray specifically for these three churches, the families that have followed God to plant them, their staff and their congregations. Pray for the area and that these churches can reach the unreached.
Pray that the men of North Rock Hill Church were able to soften hearts and share the gospel and that God will continue working in those communities long after these servants return home.
